Absolutely! Through the Rentals United platform, you can easily choose which properties are displayed on your website. In addition, you have full control over the content that appears, allowing you to customize and manage it to fit your needs.

The content management portion of your website is built on WordPress, which means there is a wide range of plugins available from a large developer community. In most cases, there are plugins for nearly any feature or functionality you might need.

However, not all third-party plugins are secure, fully compatible, regularly updated, or guaranteed to work well with our setup. For this reason, plugin installations are not done directly by users. Instead, you are welcome to share any plugins you would like to use with our support team. Our technical team will review each plugin to ensure it is safe, stable, and compatible. If everything checks out, we’ll handle the installation for you.

Please note that pages which are part of the booking engine (search results, property detail pages, and checkout) are not built on WordPress. Therefore, WordPress plugins cannot be used on those sections. If you need to integrate tracking, analytics, or marketing tools, we can implement those using supported methods. We’ll review these needs with you during the pre-implementation phase.

Yes, it is possible, but it requires additional input from our development team. Please provide the details of the websites you want to set up, and we can create a multi-site configuration tailored to your needs.

For security and stability reasons, you will not have direct access to the application’s code and cannot make modifications yourself. However, you are welcome to share your requirements and the changes you would like to implement. Our R&D team will review your request and, depending on the specific scenario and type of modification, may be able to implement it for you.

While it is not possible to keep your existing URL structure exactly, we can implement redirects from your old URLs to the new ones. This is a common and recommended practice when migrating to a new website. Properly configured redirects ensure that your search engine visibility is preserved and that visitors are seamlessly directed to the correct pages. Our team can support you throughout this process to make the transition smooth.

Of course! While using your own domain is a best practice and commonly preferred by property managers, you can still use our solution without one. In this case, we can set up your website on a subdomain of our domain (e.g., yourbrand.staysense.com).
